MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
* High school graduate with demonstrated knowledge in algebra, general sciences and the metric system.
* Must be capable of accurate work with metric calibrations on syringes.
* Performance of dosage calibrations is mandatory.

Required Length and Type of Experience
* Minimum on one year pharmacy experience with hospital pharmacy experience preferred.

Required Licensure, Certification, or Registry
* Certified Pharmacy Technician preferred.
