Utilizing established training and troubleshooting procedures, techniques and reference materials, provides telephone assistance to medical professionals, patients, technicians, biomedical engineers, and to Fresenius field and sales personnel with basic operation and troubleshooting of all Fresenius Peritoneal Dialysis Cyclers with the exception of field serviceable devices. Provides complete documentation of all customer contacts in the complaint handling system. Exhibit basic familiarity with current Fresenius PD Cyclers, excluding field serviceable devices. Ability to address basic operation and technical issues with customers who may have medical/physical disabilities and/or a very limited understanding of the equipment. Since a large part of daily duties involve troubleshooting problems encountered while a treatment is in process, must exhibit good judgment and discretion while following established procedures. Must never provide what could be considered as medical advice, or alter the patients prescribed therapy. Establish, promote and maintain good relations with PD customers and patients.

Requirements
 

High School Diploma. Prior customer service, call center, or experience preferred. Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) preferred.
